Alongside my private practice, I also run a low-cost (£30 per session), accessible counselling service (Hammock Counselling) with a close colleague of mine, Tom.
Hammock is a great resource for supporting people whose budgets mean private practice is less affordable, and for people with low level mental health issues who feel lonely or isolated. We are confident in the quality of our counsellors, and in the kindness and support they offer to those who would benefit from our services.
Our service offers weekly, hour-long, online counselling sessions. We have very short wait times and there is no subscription requirement (not a given with all low-cost services out there!). Clients can choose to do as many sessions as they feel they need, and there is no minimum number of sessions required.
Our team carry out a thorough initial assessment first to ensure both the client and our service are appropriate for one another. This keeps everyone safe and well held. The initial assessment costs £45 in which covers the cost of more experienced assessors.
If you want to know about this service, feel free to drop me a line or you can book yourself in here.
